Volunteer Applications

We are happy to have parents or members from the community volunteer at our school.

There are many volunteer opportunities for you to choose. We invite you to complete the online volunteer application on the School Volunteer Management System.

The process for applying to volunteer:

• Completed application, printed and signed, kept on file
• Approved application by the Office of Parent and Community Services
• Signed Volunteer Commitment Form (English) (Spanish)
• Megan’s Law clearance 
• Tuberculosis test clearance through a medical provider
• Fingerprinting (when applicable)
• On-Campus volunteers have COVID-19 vaccination card uploaded on the LAUSD Daily Pass
